Display File History

It's important to consult the history of a file, where you can see matches and the full history of transactions related to the file. This includes system matches, file history, email or SMS history, Claims Investigations, Bag Journey, and so on.

Matching history relates to the system matches.

File history relates to the file creation and update.

File history events are displayed in chronological order.

Display File History

Display a file, scroll down and expand the History section, or click History at the top of the file.

To understand the history, you need to decode the WorldTracer native transaction codes and element codes displayed. For example, AHL refers to a Delayed Bag File, TN refers to a Tag Number.
